Privacy Policy

We pay close attention to the protection of personal data, compliance with mandatory legal provisions, and secure and fair data processing. This notice is provided in accordance with Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”).

Data Protection Officer: the controller is not obliged to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 of the GDPR.

Data protection requests: if you have any request or question regarding data processing, you may send it by post (6722 Szeged, Gogol utca 7., Hungary) or electronically (info@whizystems.com). We respond without undue delay, and at the latest within 30 days.

II. Applicable legislation

We always process personal data in compliance with the applicable Hungarian and European legislation and data-processing principles. This policy is based in particular on: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR); the Fundamental Law of Hungary; Act V of 2013 (Civil Code); Act CXII of 2011 (Privacy Act); Act CXIX of 1995; Act CVIII of 2001; Act XLVIII of 2008; Act XLVII of 2008; Act CLV of 1997 (Consumer Protection Act); and Act C of 2000 (Accounting Act).

III. Principles of data processing

In our processing practice we respect the following principles: lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, proportionality, accuracy, accountability, and privacy by design.

IV. Purposes of processing

In line with the purpose-limitation principle, we process data for the following purposes: a) processing the data of service users to fulfil legal obligations and maintain customer relationships; b) compliance with statutory obligations (e.g. accounting obligations).

V. Legal bases for processing your personal data

a) issuing invoices in accordance with accounting legislation — legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; b) keeping in contact — legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; c) processing the data of contractual partners — legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

VI. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the following rights: the right of access; the right to rectification; the right to erasure (for consent-based processing); the right to restriction of processing; the right to object to direct-marketing use; the right to data portability; the right to request a copy of the data processed; and the right to object to the use of your personal data.

VII. Data processors

The controller carries out certain activities through contractual partners, who may process the data they learn of solely in accordance with the controller’s instructions. The recipients of data transfers are available upon request sent to info@whizystems.com.

You may also enforce your rights before a court under the Civil Code; the lawsuit may, at your choice, be initiated before the regional court of your place of residence or stay.
